"Box arrived in rough shape"
My box showed up beat up, and the packaging was wet when I opened it. Some of the food was already partly thawed, which is definitely not what I expected for frozen meat. I also had to chase them to get any kind of response about it, which made the whole thing even more frustrating

Tried the steaks. not good. The taste was kind of off. Really chewy too. Just not something I’d buy again.

I had a question about my order, so I sent a message not expecting a fast reply tbh.

They got back to me quickly and actually answered my question, not just some generic copy-paste response. That was super helpful ngl.

Everything was easy to deal with, and I didn’t have to keep following up or chase anyone down. 5 stars from me for the support!

"Good portions, but felt a bit ignored"
The portions were good overall for my family. The steaks were a little smaller than I expected, but we still had enough for dinner, and the packaging was fine. I did feel kind of ignored when I had a question, which was a bit frustrating, but the food itself was decent. I’d probably order again

It showed up eventually, just later than expected. Not a huge deal, but still a little frustrating. Tracking wasn’t super reassuring either. Fine in the end, though.

"Wish I’d Tried This Sooner"
The meat was way better than what I usually grab at the store, and the price actually felt fair. I definitely got my money’s worth. My only regret is not ordering it sooner.

"My order was messed up"
I got my box today and it definitely wasn’t what I ordered. A few items were missing, and some of the cuts were completely wrong. That part was weird, and annoying.
